The most significant factor in the development of civilization is human's ability to communicate and transmit knowledge to future generations. At the core of human communication lie sound and body language. This article proposes that the act of using one's voice to express oneself, transforming it into rhythm, words, and poetry, as well as the inclination to create visual representations of one's imagination through art, marks the beginning of civilization. In poetry, there's a dialectic between words, lines, and rhythm, while in painting, it's the synthesis of elements like color, form, shape, line, and rhythm. This article focuses on the similarities between poetry and painting, both of which stimulate imagination and creativity in their audiences, both audibly and visually. The contribution of poetry and painting to cultural and historical development is discussed, along with examples from the past and present. Artworks show that as one art form transforms into another, it differentiates and opens doors to diverse thoughts, enriching every observer's experience.
