DEATH IN SEZAI KARAKOC'S MOM AND CHILD'S POEMS


Born in Diyarbakir in 1933, Sezai Karakoç is an important ally of Turkish literature with his identity as a poet, writer and politician. The first writings take place in the Great East. Then he starts writing daily articles in the New Istanbul newspaper. The first issue of the resurrection magazine, which appeared in 1955, has an important place in the life of the poet. Karakoç, one of the second new poets, includes topics such as mother, child, death, resurrection, mysticism. Family members are like the inseparable guests of Sezai Karakoç's poems. The family plays an important role in Turkish cultural history and social life. There is always a child in the center of the family. Children are seen as a guarantee of future in social life. In this context, every family wants to educate their children according to certain principles and to earn collecting. It is the responsibility of women to raise children as the structure of the Turkish family tradition. In this context, mother and child are inseparable. The concept of mother and child is an important subject that is treated as an integral whole in contemporary Turkish poetry. The poets have combined the concept of mother and child with different themes in the time passing from divan poetry to contemporary poetry. Sezai Karakoç and some poets have combined the concept of mother and child with death. In this work Sezai Karakoç 's poetry will focus on the issues of mother and child and the theme of death.
