CREATIVE DRAMA LESSON IN DISTANCE EDUCATION DURING THE PANDEMIC PROCESS EXAMINING STUDENT EXPERIENCES AND OPINIONS REGARDING ITS EFFECTIVENESS
Due to the COVID-19 epidemic seen in Wuhan in China on December 2019 hascausedmany changes in all areas and different applications have been carried outthat since then all countries of the world have been exposed to it. One of the areas most affected by this has been the education area. Espacially at academic education, face-to-face education was postponed due to the pandemic process and education has been based on openly or remotely method. Therefore, as in the rest of the world, face-to-face education has been postponed for a while in education grades in our country and e-learning opportunities have been used. In this research ; It is an important course method for teacher candidates in the 2020-21 fall semester and includes topics such as collaboration, discussion, thinking, problem solving, creativity, etc. in addition to face-to-face education. We tried to determine their views on the effects of conducting the creative drama course remotely, which provides the opportunity to learn by applying many skills, on a group of students studying at a public university, due to the pandemic. As a result of the data obtained through content analysis, it was stated by the prospective teachers that the drama method is a lesson that can only be learned by experience due to the many applied studies it contains and therefore it will be difficult to understand from a distance.
