PROTECTIVE PROPHETIC MEASURES AGAINST HOMOSEXUALITY AND GENDER CHANGE: A THEMATIC STUDY FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF HADITH SCIENCES

This article was authored by Dr. Muna bint Hussein bin Ahmed Al-Dayfullah Al-Ansi, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Islamic Law at Shaqra University. This research highlights preventive and curative measures for anomalies and transgenderism that have become widespread in today's world, to protect individuals, families and societies, especially young people from homosexuality in all its forms and types. By following the prophetic Sunnah and extracting preventive prophetic measures to prevent and remedy sexual deviation and demonstrating wisdom from prophetic instructions regarding the reveal of genital organs, gender mixing and other matters directly related to moral delinquency. The importance of the research is that it addresses a real and serious issue that threatens the security of societies, eliminates human innate impulsion and gives the balanced, legitimate view of homosexuality through the prophetic Hadith. The research concluded that: homosexuality is an Impeding risk, remedied by the necessary proactive measures to prevent the society and determination in dealing with its people as stated in the prophetic Sunnah, because justifying such practices on the grounds of genetic necessity and psychological crises, makes corruption only increases.
